Memorial Plaque, Personalised Gift

I ordered a memorial plaque from here ,I got the first one there was a chip on the tile ,so had to bring it back to be redone the 2nd tile I got is shocking quality ,dull colour faded around the person's jumper and the coating not smooth on it ,I got my niece to collect it and she could see how bad it was so she rang me the person in the shop was very rude to me on the phone and gave the phone back to my niece before I was finished talking to her and told her step aside which was very embarrassing on a young girl
She has refused to redo the tile or my money back as she cannot see the fading which is very obvious to me
I definitely won't be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone
I thought they would have more pride in the products they are selling
