Q. How do I order an item from this website?
A. Identify the product or service you require and use the contact form to send the product details to us. We will review your query and reply with a quote and delivery lead time.
Q. Is registration required if I want to order an item from the website?
A. No, registration is not required if you wish to order an item.
Q. Is there a minimum order qty for each of the items in the website?
A. No. All items can be ordered with any quantity specified. Better price breaks are realised if items are ordered in carton qty's. In general the more you order the less you pay per item.
Q. What is the process for getting a slogan / design / logo embroidered onto a garment?
A. The first step is for the customer to provide a picture or sample of the logo for digitising. This image is then digitised and a Digital Stitch File is created. This is the file format the embroidery machine uses to embroider your design. The design is then loaded to the embroidery machine and it is embroidered onto your chosen garment. If it is just text you wish to have embroidered then we can use our design software to create the layout you require.
Q. How much does it cost to get a design / logo digitised?
A. The price varies on the detail in the logo and the number of stitches needed to embroider it.
Typically it costs €25 for standard designs and this is a once off set up cost to you.
We will provide the image and digitised embroidery file to you
once complete.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Currently we only accept payment via PayPal or payment by bank transfer.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. We ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Q. What is the typical delivery time for an order once processed?
A. Depending if the item is a stock item, delivery within Ireland usually takes between 7-10 days. Postal delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 14 days. Goods can be issued via courier if necessary and can be quoted at time of order.
Q. How much is postage & packaging?
A. Postage and packaging prices will vary by the item ordered but our standard parcel post rate is €6.50 per order within Ireland. Orders shipped outside of Ireland will be quoted at time of order. Postage and packaging prices will be confirmed at time of order.
Q. What happens if I ( the customer) made a mistake on the item ordered?
A. Once your initial order is confirmed and embroidery has been completed it is not possible to change the order details. Therefore it is critical that you review and confirm your order details for prior to submission. Please check your spelling, dates and names very carefully.
In most cases it is not possible to take out stitches by hand without damaging the garment.
Q. What happens if we make a mistake on an embroidery or product shipment?
A. If we made the error we will send a replacement item at no charge to you. In some cases it may be necessary for the customer to return the goods to us before we can send the replacement item. If this is necessary we will refund the postage costs incurred to you .
Q. Do you accept returns on Embroidered products
A. No, unless the damage is covered under manufacturer's warranty.If it is covered under a manufacturing defect then you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns not permitted unless prior approval is given.
